- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather product requirements and capabilities for the payroll roadmap.
- Be the expert on our scaling global payroll operations through establishing and promoting long-lasting technical solutions.
- Establish and champion the long-term technology vision for our global payroll environment.
- Develop solutions and processes that support a scaling global footprint.
- Work at both the strategic and operational levels to address issues and gaps to reduce the impact on our business partners.
- Provide functional leadership to provide a common approach across each applicable process in Stock, Compensation, and Benefit.
- Facilitate activities with the Payroll team that has a multi-functional impact, such as testing and tenant build preparation.
- Instill a culture of continuous process improvement
- Collaborate across geographies in differing time zones
Key Skills
6+ years of HRIS implementation experience Workday or other
Knowledge of HRIS Business Processes, Data load, Test Automation, Reports, Calc Fields, Security (Workday Prefer)
Knowledge of up and downstream impact from HCM, Benefits, Time and Absences, Compensation, Tax, and Accounting.
Workday Payroll certification is a plus
Expertise in mapping requirements to technical solutions and are willing to see projects through the finish line
Experience using project management tools in the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Trello ) is a plus
