Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
– Work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management
– Identify and create business process designs by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level
– To track, measure key financials and business metrics and provide detailed reporting to business teams
– Focus on quality improvement and data management and ensure data is reliable and valid
– To develop process improvements/re-engineering that integrate with new systems and processes with existing ones partnering with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies
– To review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactively creating right visibility and enabling planning and growth of the business
– Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives, present top management with analysis
– Handle adhoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time and supplement such requests with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making
– Participate & Drive standardization automation projects for process efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements & Qualifications:
– UG : BA/BCom/BBA, MBA/CA Optional
– Must be good at SQL
– 1-3 years of experience working in business finance/process excellence/strategy/business operations teams
– Strong problem solving and creative thinking mindset
– Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders well
– Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to devise solutions through a data drive approach
– Ability to work well in a team across various functions and business lines
