Develop measurement plans for new product or feature development to establish logging requirements, success criteria, and new metrics
Develop new statistical methods/tools to help engineers design and evaluate experimental results
Perform trend, cohort, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to improve the calling experience for our users or highlight risks in topline metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish prioritized product roadmaps
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
BA/BS in Engineering, Statistics/Math, Economics or related field
8+ years of work experience in data science, analytics, measurement technology, or research
Experience in presenting technical content across different stakeholder audiences and influencing decisions
Experience in data logging, metric development, exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, A/B testing, data visualization, and coding
Experience with calling, VOIP, and telecommunications products
Experience with machine learning model development and optimization
Experience with performance and reliability for real-time communication products
