Roles and Responsibilities

1. Experience on developing peptides, ultrafiltration and resin exchange technology.

2. Study and develop Safety data of molecules through TSU and other available in-house/ external facilities.

3. Having experience of flow chemistry and continuous operations.

4. To observe lab experiments during lab demonstration at optimization stage and suggest Negative experiment based on plant equipment and feasibility.

5. Preparation Mass balance, utility load, effluent load, equipment identification and costing.

6. To identify & define safety, environment parameters for each unit operation to ensure safe unit operations in plant.

7. To identify and propose new ideas & technology to improve process efficiency, smooth unit operation/unit processes and effective utilization of resources .

1. Study the crystallization pattern, specific polymorphic requirement and Particle size requirement during lab development with the help of advanced technology.

2. To identify the bottleneck in process and propose ways to debottleneck for capacity enhancement

3. To identify recovery and reuse of solvents

1. Ensure right equipment selection as per process requirement.

2. Suggest required modification in equipment as per process requirement.

3. Participate in Hazop meeting and ensure safe process feasibility and make awareness to production people.
