Job Location: Pune
Responsibilities:
- Approval of standard consulting contracts, known as Work Orders. With a view to ensure that the rates and contract structure are in line with company policy.
- Understanding the application of SSP (Standard Selling Price) and other company revenue recognition policies.
- Work on resource scheduling and forecasting. Prior experience with Oracle will be an added advantage. This will also help in the administration of Project life cycle.
- Prepare and review budget allocations in Oracle
- Running Weekly reports Over-Budget/Project Resource Management
- Analysis of Non-Billable time
- Provide various support functions on a global basis for the PSG Organization
- Reporting and analytics (Excel/ Spotfire/Tableau)
Candidate Profile:
- The suitable candidate would have 2 to 6 years experience in the IT sector. Experience with IT Services is preferred.
- Oracle Projects Module knowledge is preferred
- Should be well versed with Forecasting, Scheduling & Billing of Projects.
- Strong MS Excel Knowledge
- Have the ability to communicate at all levels with a strong ability to build relationships.
- Hold an MBA/BA/B.Com honours Degree (Business/Accounting/Finance Degree would be preferred)
