Roles and Responsibilities

Target scope

Industry and facilities Marketing & Communication team (at HO) Primary Responsibility

• Working to provide support on Accessplanit platform for Certification training

products and for Virtual Class support (Adobe connect or similar)

• Act as a Key contact to the countries related to questions about the process.
• Act as a first point of contact to the client in case of any support needed related to training products
• Benchmark main competitors training offer in every country (market watching)
• Map BV countries courses catalog & frequencies (via training managers or website analysis)
• Monitor the profitability of the training courses across geographies
• Actively involved in managing various communications related to Training
• Use modern market analysis tools and techniques to be able to identify business critical information on cross selling opportunities, optimizing pricing of products depending on the market
• Liaise with stakeholders from all countries to identify reasons for any dip in sales performance for training products
• Do market research to identify the current trends in the certification training industry to propose new products or modify existing ones

Supplementary Responsibilities

• Providing support related to AccessPlanit tools to the network through documentations, process maps etc
• Actively involved in managing various training related communications
• Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
• Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
• Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)

• Direct Objectives
• Compliance with defined processes, BV internal and External guidelines
• Complete and visually effective documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate.; Any specialization
• At least 2 -3 years experience in Market Analysis in a reputed firm
• Hands on experience in Training related digital platforms
• Advanced Skills in presentation of statistical business data
• Knowledge in Virtual Classes Platforms, CRM & CMS is preferable
• Experience of working in certification or training related market analysis is a strong plus
• Experience with Enterprise tools would be an added advantage
