Roles and Responsibilities
a. Understand customer requirement thoroughly during software requirement study
b Able to show product features / demo which are readily available.
c. Identify gaps between present solution and clients requirement
d Ability to prepare gap analysis / scope document
e. Test / Validate the solution designed as per scope document
f. Prepare user manual / training documents
g. Responsible for software implementations & training
h. Responsible for system configuration
i. detailing oriented approach.
j. Periodic visits to the clients for requirement study / product enhancement
k. Interacting with clients during software implementation / support activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
a. Excellent oral and written communication
b. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience : 2 Years to 5 Years
Salary : INR 4,00,000 to INR 9,00,000 Depending upon experience & skill sets
