Role & Responsibilities
- At Least 2-3 years of experience in operating and implementing ERP across organization and leading small sized teams
- Experience in supply chain operations is desirable
- Ability to communicate with people from different skill sets and backgrounds
- Skilled in Structured thinking, Data Analytics and experienced in using MIS tools for reporting
- MS Office, Language: English, Hindi and Gujarati preferably
- Leader mindset, Proactive in communication and willingness to stretch beyond the horizon
- Empathetic and sensitive in dealing with team members
- Analyze Data and setup Dashboards, generate periodic reports, presentations that enable management in Strategic decision making
