Receivable Management

• Managing receivables for all the MT/ECOM /AFH customers

• Credit evaluation of existing and new customers

• Timely debtors review and flagging out the risk on timely basis

• Month end Provision for doubtful debts -Review & recovery plan

• Quarterly Reconciliation with all the customers

• Driving DSO for the organisation

Payables

• Validation and timely payment to distributors and Retailers

• Ensuring control are in place before payout happens

Pricing/ TOT review

• Validation of Pricing for all the customers on monthly basis

• Reviewing TOT on frequent basis

Month End reporting

• Monthly analysis on the Schemes (promo + TOT) and driving discussion with the Marketing team on spends

• Ensuring the correct provision reporting at customer /sku /category level

• Analysis of spends at customer /sku /category level

• MIS and Reporting: Preparation of Monthly / Periodic PnL at Customer /Channel level

• Support Business Team with analytics for decision making

Balance Sheet review

• Ensuring hygiene and complete detailing for BSR

• Timely & correct reporting to controller group

• Month review of BSR

Skills:

• Liaising with customers, sales team , CSNL teams

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good business acumen for problem solving

• Competency with large ERP systems

• Very good Excel skills

• Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders

• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize a demanding workload
