Roles and Responsibilities
- This role is an individual contributor role as part of our Analytic team
- The analyst is responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of Business Intelligence (BI) reports, Excel Reports and other tools (Internal and external) working with cross- functional teams such as HR, Finance, IT and Ops
- Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements
- Translate business requirements from potentially multiple data sources into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards
- Transition developed reports and dashboards to the Operations & Support team such as HR, Finance and IT
- Provide assistance and cross training to other team members, for the generation of Ad hoc reports
- Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
- Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1+ years of experience in creating reports & making complex dashboard showing organization KPIs
- Excellent analytical skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent in Excel, Pivot Tables, V-Look ups, Macros, automation
- Experience in extracting data from Excel, Access
- Experience with data imports and exports w/auditing
- Must have experience in SQL (6 month min)
Good to have:
- Experience on any BI tool
- Experience on python or any coding language
