We have Job Opportunity for Senior Executive – MIS Finance.
Job Location – Goregaon West
4.7 years plus Experience required into MIS Finance.
Roles and Responsibilities
This position requires the employee to ensure correctness in booking of Invoices by various team to ensure correct reporting of numbers. He should have 5-6 years experience of handling preparing of MIS. He will also be a one-point contact for stores-Internal Teams-auditors for various queries related to their numbers reported.
Desired Candidate Profile
Principal Accountabilities
- Monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of expense entries by various teams.
- Ensure correct deduction of taxes (TDS) for expenses booked and in case of errors inform the team leads for corrections.
- Follow up with various teams in operations to ensure timely submission of Invoices for booking.
- Ensure accrual entries are passed correctly as per Company policy
- Track open purchase order, GRNs and ensure the same is closed in co-ordination with respective departments.
- Ensure preparation of data as per review process and get the data reviewed by team lead.
- Reconcile the balance in the subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
- Preparation of schedule for prepaid expense and passing entries there off.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for audit purpose.
- Represent the company during any audits by tax/statutory auditors that involve areas handled.
- Track company expenditures n comparison to the budget and management authorizations.
5-6 years of handling MIS and accounting experience. Bachelors degree in accounting. Must be detailed oriented. Should have knowledge of SAP.
