Job Location: Mumbai
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
- Analyze large sets of data and measure against historical performance
- Identify trends by vertical (business type), source and other various data points
- Develop and deliver custom reporting for ReachLocals large clients
- Keep staffing models up-to-date based on actual company performance
- Provide operational reporting for management of activities based on service package
- Create scripts and tools to increase the efficiency of Client Operations teams
Key Attributes:
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong SQL and database reporting ability
