- Key Responsibilities : A Strong experience in testing of Workday HCM implementation for modules like Benefits, Onboarding, Payroll, Compensation Management, Absence and Time Off, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Management, migration of on-premise HRMS applications to Workday B Experience in testing integrations inbound outbound of Workday C Strong knowledge of Software Testing Development lifecycle and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile and Scrum approach D Knowledge and experience in HR module
- Technical Experience : A Workday Studio experience is required with implementation experience B Workday Studio C Workday HCM stories D Workday HCM E Workday core connectors and EIB
- Professional Attributes : A Good communication skillsB Willing to work in 2nd shift untill 10 PM
