Role Business Analyst
Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for scoping the entire tech journey of end customer on our technology platform. Detailed job profile will include.
- Analysing the organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information
- Scope Scope and prepare the Business requirement document
- Functional Architect – identify high-level customer requirements – Serve as functional experts of the tools in scope – Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases
- Prepare Test strategies & Test Scripts
- Translate requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
- Perform User acceptance testing
- Preparing Suggestion Documents to improve the quality of the application
Past Experience
- Must have work on insurance project
- Should have exposure to preparation of BRD, FRD and FSD
- Should have exposure to Test Plans and Test strategies
- Excellent command over verbal and written communication.
- Must have work on insurance project.
