Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru

• Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
• Experience as a business analyst with significant experience in product software development, expertise in modelling/ mapping, Agile, Agile teams using SCRUM and Jira.
• Functional capability mapping and identification of commonality in requirements (via JIRA) to help development teams identify opportunities for reuse
• Creation of user stories with very clear description and greater level of detail including input and output fields, auditable fields, all the use cases
• Interaction with clients to understand their requirements and performing analysis
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, driving the discussion during sprint planning and user story refinement
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
