- Basic understanding of networking
- Basic understanding of directory services (AD and LDAP)
- Good understanding of containers technologies, ML
- Good trouble shooting skills and understanding of application profiling skills using tools like JProfiler, JVisualVM
- Ability to motivate and lead team to deliver complex solution in time bound manner with enterprise quality with technical expertise and effective people management, stakeholder management
- Experience to hire and build high skilled teams in time bound manner
- Strong experience in architecting, implementing and managing high performance scalable systems and driving the same with end to end ownership
- Guide team to solve complex technical problems like analyzing and troubleshooting performance/ scalability/reliability issues. Capable of anticipating such issues.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts /software technologies as needs arise.
- Solid software design skills. Software design (OOPs) exposure on Java full stack development
- Understands Web applications & distributed multi-tier architectures, micro services via prototyping or paper analysis.
- Hands on coding experience with Java, J2EE, Micros Services, Angular. Clear understanding of Java fundamentals.
- Create multi-threaded/multi-process designs.
- Very strong DB experience of managing Big Data.
- Awareness and experience in practices like defensive programming, continuous integration builds, code coverage, automated unit tests.
- At-least one project with design experience of a complex system, involving Java, product development experience.
