We, Photon is Hiring Business Operations Analyst for Hyderabad location. Below is the JD for the same.

Duties & Responsibilities

At a glance, as an Business Operations Analyst, you will be managing our mission critical healthcare services operations supporting our clients and consumers.

The role will include monitoring and managing operating service levels, quality metrics, and performance / process improvements. Youll be empowered to employ operating automation, assess, recommend, and deploy process improvements that result in both increased quality and business scale.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and oversee production and data management processes supporting consumer-based e-Commerce services.
• Own operational metrics reporting, run root cause analysis on performance, and act as the go to source of knowledge for current business operations.
• Assess and solution operational requirements supporting new products and services. Partner with technology teams to provide automated operations and support services.

Consultation

• Collaborate with the technology organization to deliver operational services that scale to meet the needs of IndigoRx clients and consumers.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet/perform to required business operations SLAs
• Provide support, technical solutions, and expertise and it relates to maintain an effective operating service model

Basic Qualifications

• For 3+ years of experience in an operations management role
• Robust analytical skills and experience with Tableau reporting
• Prior experience with MS Office and project management and supporting tools
• Proven track record demonstrating an aptitude to take ownership of projects: being the point person to develop, design and implement process
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Effective communication skills
• Desire to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize across different projects to focus resources on high-impact work
