• Support delivery of harmonized data for forecasting as defined by the SLA (Service Level Agreement) within the Frito Lay Business Service Center

o Collect, manipulate, harmonize & transform data (primarily syndicated data) to be used in sales forecasting and to inform data-driven decisions
o Query data as needed
o Collate and succinctly communicate outcomes of data processing: report missing data, problems with data, etc.
o Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when additional questions are required with tables/charts for relevant data
o Create repeatable process for data preparation and thoroughly document each step

• Support relationships with the key end-user stakeholders in Frito Lay US HQ

o Own flawless execution of data management
o Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables
o Communicate with Business Partners and potentially end-users on matters such as available capacity, changes of scope of existing projects and planning of future projects
o Deliver outputs in line with the agreed timelines and formats
o Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the requested outputs
o Partner with stakeholders and service center leadership to develop and fine tune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
o Improve existing processes based on frequent Business Partner & end-user feedback loop
