Roles and Responsibilities
Quote creation and reporting (report extractions from SAP systems and other systems) – analysis of the data to arrive at critical pricing conclusions/decisions – using the VMware-approved tools and software.
Work with Sales and Account Managers: The analyst is expected to reach out to stakeholder(s) e-mails / instant messengers as well as over calls to resolve the issues.
Good understanding of the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and a proven track record of meeting or improving the SLAs by being involved in ideation/analysis.
Complete the work order within agreed timelines.
Follow the escalation guideline as per the defined process.
Resolve Queries from the Customers/stakeholders within agreed timelines and with accuracy. Process requests within agreed quality parameters.
Support critical quarter-end and month-end timelines.
Flexibility to work across time zones
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree is a must.
3 to 5 Years of experience in IT and ITes, preferably in the Quote-to-Cash domain.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
Working knowledge of browsing through Oracle and extracting information from SAP systems is an added advantage.
Self-driven, creative & learning with minimum support.
Basic Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility in working hours as per business requirements (weekends & extended hours)
