Job Description

• Experienced with defining what is in scope and out of scope, and making sure project artifacts represent that scope, and are understood by the project team members
• Ability to translate user requirements into use cases, Solution Design and business model building to making sure the solution meets all acceptance criteria
• Ensure that the proposed/design solutions are aligned to clients business requirements.
• Experience in a business environment performing analysis, requirements gathering, RFI / RFP and SWOT
• Experience in Healthcare Domain [ Added Advantage exp in FHIR/ LMIS/ HMS/HL7 standards ]
• Experience in creating a Technical documentation, SRS, FRS, Gap Analysis document, BCP, Process flow, Workflow, User Manual
• Creating Process flow and Prototype
• Ability convey the customer requirement to Design Team for Wireframe
• Agile learner to become a trusted subject matter expert and explorer in business domains
• Experience communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem-solve quickly
• Participate in team demos, reviews and retrospectives with an eye toward continuous improvement.
• Execute sprint planning, running scrum meetings with developers, scrum team along with stakeholders, and end users to impart and inform project /sprint milestones.
• Identify issues and risks and proactively communicate them to the project manager/scrum master
• Acting and resolving customer queries within the defined SLA.
• Handle the change management, recommend change management approaches.
• Ability to follow all the project reporting guidelines.
• Review mechanism / Good communication, Oral and Written, with strong ability to collaborate within a team, internal and external stakeholders
