7 to 12 years of experience

Profile Required

• Master’s degree in finance, systems or HR specialization from a reputed business school.
• Intermediate level of understanding of various Project Management methodologies in the industry.
• Demonstrated good Project Management skills as scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk and stakeholders.
• Proven abilities in conflict management, influencing and negotiation.
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good domain and functional expertise.
• Ability to work under high-pressure with tight project deadlines to achieve multiple milestones

Responsibilities

• Manage small projects or small streams of large programs with minimal supervision including planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing phases.
• Develop a good understanding of functional requirements and product architecture by interacting with project stakeholders across business delivery teams and thereby applying it for effective results.
• Co-ordinate to set governance with business partners to identify opportunities to initiate new projects.
• Identify, develop and implement the required project deliverables within the defined timelines and budget.
• Perform risk management by monitoring and executing response plans.
