Our Business Analysts are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of SFDC Business Analysts provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Understand and document customer business requirements through leading requirement workshops
• Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates as well as responsible for SFDC Solution Design, Use Cases, User Material, and technical requirements
• Review and test the functionality of the customizations provided by the development team, and demo the solution to the customer for acceptance
• Act as the liaison between the business team, technology team, support, and offshore team

Required Qualifications:

• 7 Years of BA experience, including understanding and documenting client requirements
• Current Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certification
• 3 Years of Salesforce.com experience including:
  • Configuration
  • Workflow/ Process Builder and Flow
  • Approval Processes
  • Org Wide Sharing Rules
  • Role hierarchy and User Profiles
  • Data migration using Dataloader or Data.io
  • Reports and Dashboards Creation

Preferred Experience:

• PMI-PBA/CBAP Certifications preferred
• Experience working in multiple domains is preferred
• Strong understanding of CRM functional knowledge preferred
