Roles and Responsibilities

Activities

• Reviewing and Analysing FMS (Fraud Management reports), as reported by UIDAI IS division for Authentication & eKYC transactions shared to UIDAI Authentication HQ division.
• Sharing Fraud Management highlighted data points, with UIDAI Authentication stakeholders (AUA’s/KUA’s and ASA’s) and supporting the entities to identifying the reported issue.
• Tracking, reporting and coordinating Fraud Management highlighted data points, with UIDAI Authentication stakeholders (AUA’s/KUA’s and ASA’s), UIDAI Auth HQ division, UIDAI RO’s and UIDAI IS division for closure on reported issue.
• Sharing and coordinating with UIDAI Authentication stakeholders (AUA’s/KUA’s and ASA’s) any improvement related to Authentication and/or eKYC business transaction improvement. eg – Device analysis, Aadhaar analysis, etc.

Qualification & Experience

• BE/BTech/BCA/BSc with 03 years of work experience in multidisciplinary function with 2 years of experience in working/Handling government project.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word & email), MySQL.
• Experience in e-Governance programmes with strong appreciation for IT / Telecom an advantage.
