JOB SUMMARY
- We are seeking a strategic programs analyst to join the Global Transformation team within Property Management.
- We are looking for someone with a passion for problem-solving and an interest in applying their findings to real problems.

- This is a highly autonomous role in which you must have a can-do attitude, excellent communication and be able to work in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Optimising and improving existing processes, to improve operational efficiency and improve customer outcomes
- Opportunities to conceive, work on and pitch improvement ideas for deployment across the global property management business
- Lead delivery of projects aligned to transform Property Management strategic goals
- Support Transformation Office to drive Process Excellence and end to end Process Improvement across the organization
- Work as an intermediary between the business process design team and the program technical delivery team
Requirements:
- 5+ years Business Analyst experience and ideally have a certification in Lean Six Sigma
- Proficient in process design (BPMN 2.0)
- Proficient in Excel for ad-hoc analysis and presenting findings
- Experience in end-to-end projects covering all stages from problem statement to end recommendations
