Responsibilities
AssociateBusiness Consulting is a crucial position in the organization and
encapsulates the following responsibilities:
1) ERP Implementation
The prime responsibility of Business Consultants would be ERP implementation at the client site along with Muziris technical team.
2) User Training
After implementation, selected users of the client are trained on the usage of software on a train the trainer concept. Business Consultants need to ensure that all the users are comfortable and satisfied using the software.
3) Customer Management
Associate Business Consultants are responsible for ensuring the successful
completion of software implementation by sorting out the differences between the
client and Muziris technical team.
4) Post Implementation Support
Associate Business Consultants will provide the required support to client after
implementation. They will serve as a link between the client and Muziris
technical team throughout to ensure customer satisfaction.
5) Testing & Release of versions
Business Consultants play a vital role in domain testing and release of new software versions in the client site.
Skills and Qualifications
· Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. Qualification in Business Management/Administration is given preference.
· Knowledge about accounting concepts is desirable.
· Good logical and analytical thinking capability
· Must be an excellent communicator
· Excellent customer management skills
· A quick learner
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹16,000.00₹23,000.00 per month
