• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the client and software development team to analyze information needs and functional requirements to deliver the Business Scoping Document
• Understand the business requirements from Product Management and Client. Proven track record in gathering, definition and specification of requirements and excellent documentation skills producing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Come-up with High level estimation, detailed design documents and do impact analysis of changes on the product
• Detailed design walk-through with Product Management and Client and getting Product Management / Client sign-off
• Convert client approved requirements into different components and provide inputs to developers on Coding and Unit testing
• Provide periodic project updates to internal/external stakeholders while being time sensitive to delivery
• Extensive experience of participating in the full lifecycle of Agile software development environment
• Proven industry experience in securities processing, preferably in a techno-functional role
• Knowledge in Capital Markets Brokerage Operations and Regulatory Reporting is added advantage
