Must have skills: PowerBI, SQL, DATA ANALYSIS, DATA VISUALIZATION, SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO. # 5 years of Technical Customer support Experience. # Abilit y to build Power BI Dashboards and Reports by connecting to various data sources. # Strong experience in SQL Server and Ability to analyze complex SQL Stored Procedures. # Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues in an ambiguous environment. # M ust have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills. # Strong ability to analyze, i nterpret and communicate technical errors and solutions. # Experience ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience # Experience working within Agile teams. # Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to e licit and document requirements. Soft Skills # Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, decision-making and presentation skills. # Experien ce in customer communication skills, process adherence # Must have problem management and ana lytical skills .
