In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Responsibilites

• Responsible for ensuring SWIFT Operations are carried out in a timely, independent and controlled manner with key responsibilities including
• End of day monitoring of Message queues and ensuring suitable reconciliations and handling by the respective units.
• Review of the reconciliation reports shared by the Concurrent auditors for any findings.
• Ensure 100% compliance to the RBI regulations & NIL findings on RBI inspection on SWIFT Operations.
• Responsible for management of the Product Risk Controls, with key responsibilities including
• Suitable oversight on the disposition of the various Product risk triggers and evaluating them for suitable escalations.
• Oversight on the overdue positions at client, portfolio and country level and suitable escalations called for / required.
• Ensuring timely MIS Reporting to Internal stakeholders – GTS / RM / Credit & to regulators as applicable.
• Responsible to provide suitable MO leadership at Periodic portfolio (ARP & SCF) review meetings with In-country and Regional stakeholders – GTS / RM / Credit to represent the MO voice.
• Ensure participation and timely delivery by the unit of key projects, improvement initiatives, process improvements, User acceptance testing, udpation of process notes and all key deliverables.
• Team management & Vendor management.

Educational qualifications

• Minimum Commerce Graduate with knowledge of SWIFT Message types and latest developments in SWIFT Messaging. Experience in Risk control Operations is an added advantage.

Experience

• Total banking experience required of 6 to 7 years, of which 3 to 4 years of experience in SWIFT & Risk control Operations.
