JOB DESCRIPTION

A client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to sit onsite on a hybrid schedule in Richfield, Ohio. This candidate will become the subject matter expert for their billing application, and act as a liaison for the Finance team. In this role, you will work with the IT team, as well as internal and external business partners to define requirements, processes, and conduct assessments of systems and technologies within the billing application. The client is looking for a candidate who can identify problems/solutions and ensure that all teams are in agreement with plans and processes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience
• Basic accounting/finance principals
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders
• Familiar with principles of application programming, database, and system design
• Strong problem-solving capability, able to identify root causes of technical and non-technical issues
• Experience with SQL
• Bachelor’s degree

DESIRED SKILLS

• Light testing experience
