Roles and Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES: •
- Review, analyze and evaluate complex business needs requiring system solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, design and acquire approvals on effective solutions.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm. •
- Prepare detailed Proposal Document including process flow diagrams, detailed specifications, UI content, wire-frame mock-ups, etc.
- Coordinate with technical & Sales teams to ensure project specifications are properly implemented.
REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 3-5 years work experience as a BA in a complex, highly visible environment.
- Preferred experience using JIRA in Agile, and/or iterative development methodologies.
- Preferred experience using Balsamiq, draw.io or other wire-framing tools for creating UI mock-ups/wireframes.
- Working experience on Mobile application and web enabled applications.
- Strong background in business analysis and possess a high level of comfort with technology
- Must be knowledgeable and current on trends and best practices in software
- Expected revenue earning in next six months in case of billable resource development.
- Ability to communicate and work with developers to ensure that requirements are understood and applied.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
