Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily person import data with existing hyperfinds to determine edits needed (additions, deletions) and take appropriate action
- Analyze data from a number of outside sources/reports with existing hyperfinds to reconcile assignments and true up administrative settings within the application
- Educate staff making requests related to data, access and system setups about the rules, compliance, processes, allowances, and requirements
Qualifications (note required vs nice to have):
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or working in a data support role
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
- Strong Excel and/or SQL skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
- Previous Kronos Dimensions experience strongly preferred
