Job Location: Hyderabad/Secunderabad

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive the alignment with R&D and sector data governance teams and consolidate list of data to be acquired as well as relevant data sources and agreed data sourcing methodologies
• Coordinate pipeline development for data acquisition requests to be prioritized and managed based on available resources
• Lead the design of technical integration required to source the data and engage with AI platform and infrastructure teams to set-up the integration architecture
• Oversee data acquisition and data flow management to ensure data is being updated in alignment with sector development requirements
• Supervise the development of scalable data pipelines across a variety of source systems and streams
• Track progress on the data acquisition pipeline to inform Data Management team and recommend further enhancements

Key Skills:

• BSc or BEng in Computer Science or equivalent is required from one of the well-recognized university
• Comprehensive understanding of modern data architecture and enterprise data management frameworks, concepts, and best practices
• At least 7 years of technical experience in the area of data acquisition & software development
• Experience in working with different types of data sources including relational databases Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, IBM DB2, SQL Server, etc.
• Highly adept working with Data Integration/ETL tools such as Attunity, Informatica, IBM DataStage, SAS, Google DataFlow, Talend, Google DataProc, Matillion, etc.
• Experience in both OLAP and OLTP
• Experience in Container technologies, Virtualization Management, REST API, Catalog Services, Micro Services, DevOps (Continuous Integration) is preferred
