- B Tech in any specialization or MCA or Graduates / MBA
- Min 2 years experience on Salesforce.com as Salesforce.com Business Analyst / Administrator in dynamic teams
- Proven track record as Salesforce.com Business Analyst / Administrator or team lead
- Extensive knowledge of designing and developing the applications on Salesforce.com and Force.com platform.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce.com with third party applications using AppExchange apps
- Extensive Experience on Lightning Design System, as an administrator
- Conversant with latest Salesforce technologies
- Salesforce Administrator or consultant certifications will be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience in handling and communicating with overseas clients.
