Roles and Responsibilities :
- Keep abreast of emerging SEO and new digital marketing trends
- Monitoring traffic, rankings and organic sales of our top 10 websites
- Weekly & monthly reporting
- Set up alerts for keyword/organic sales drops as well as action plans to improve performance
- Grow our traffic from search engines, through on-site SEO best practice, making more of our keywords No 1
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
- Research & analyse competitors to select the correct keyword targeting
- On page analysis of landing pages
- Ownership of digital analytics and the development of an analytics process that drives insights and identifies opportunities for proactive optimisation
- Conducting data analysis on traffic sources and patterns, order volume, conversion funnel, navigation behaviour, and product selection, identifying successes, trends, opportunities, and potential problem areas
- Own the implementation of SEO improvements that can be made without website development resource such as evergreen strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, driven, analytical, commercially focused individual
- 6+ years experience in keyword research & SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console & GA
- Experience in e-commerce sector
- Communicate effectively with marketing managers, designers, and other internal team members
