Roles and Responsibilities
As Consultant, you will be working on engagement delivery, contributing to thought leadership, working on internal and client strategy and also helping the healthcare consulting practice grow.
Engagement Delivery: As a member of the project team you will be working closely with the business users of Cognizants customers to understand their needs and requirements and explaining the same to our technical teams to create an unparalleled digital experience for the end consumer. You will bridge the gap between what users want and how technology can deliver it. An ideal candidate will be able to straddle from business requirements elicitation to helping our clients solve their most pressing problems, be it devising their digital strategy or helping them create a roadmap for cloud migration
Thought Leadership: You will be working on the various Point of Views (POVs) that the consulting practice creates to gain mindshare of our clients and position us as thought leaders in the industry. You research on industry issues and identify solutions leveraging Cognizants capabilities. As part of this activity, you will interact work senior leaders to tailor these POVs in line with client-specific issues.
Practice Growth: You will work on various initiative within consulting to grow the practice, identify areas of opportunity both from geography and line of business perspective
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a technology and business background who can envision how technology can solve business problems and create a competitive advantage for our clients. Such a candidate will have a customer-first view and will know various tools such as Personas, Journey Maps, etc. They will also be conversant with Waterfall and Agile methodologies of project/product development along with the phases and ceremonies related to them. Experience in IT Consulting will be a definite plus
