Job Description –
As part of the Strategy team, primary focus is on driving high priority and impactful business initiatives. To achieve this, would be working very closely with the members of the Management Committee, and the various Functional Heads. The work ranges from pure strategizing to getting it done.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
– Contribute to problem solving efforts, identify issues, form hypotheses, design, and conduct analysis, synthesize conclusions into recommendations and help implement change within the organization.
– Build strong networks with internal and external stakeholders
– Provide detailed analysis on key value drivers. Produce and/or review MIS reports of various functions to provide feedback, suggestions, decision enablers to the management
– Portfolio assessment including demand/supply modelling & projections for our key markets that drives land acquisition, geographic expansion, product innovation in close coordination with the Sales & Mktg. team
– Process improvement through technology/IT/business process re-engineering & strategic procurement initiatives in the project driven world
– Working closely across functions like Sales, Marketing, CRM, Finance, Legal, IT & HR.
Own work streams/ projects and guide associates in their respective work streams. The person would be constantly involved in discussions and presentations with the top management/ board.
