Role Summary –

Aegon Life Insurance Company is seeking to fill a position within the Data analytics Function which will involve working in the Analytics Team.

Key Focus Areas:

• Data enrichment, analysis and visualization – Identify valuable data sources, enrich customers profiles through proxy variables from the sources such as e-commerce, social media, CDPs etc. Undertake preprocessing and analysis of customer data to discover trends, patterns and insights. Present information to business in a structured way, through data visualization and BI tools.
• Partnership analytics – Analyze patners customers data and derive insights to steer partnership business. • Data modeling – Develop predictive models for insurance underwriting & fraud detection, and other use-cases as per requirements from business
• Model deployment and automation – Collaborate with data engineering, and development team to deploy and automate model scoring, measurement, validation & retraining.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• 5-8 years of hands-on and strong experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Predictive Modeling, ML/AI
• Proficiency in statistical data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, R, and/or Python and respective libraries
• Good knowledge of statistics and predictive modeling concepts
• Experience in Amazon Web Services (Lamda, SNS, SQS, RDS, EC2, KMS, etc.) environment, Sagemaker and QuickSight preferred
• Insurance, other banking/financial industry, FinTech, HealhTech experience preferred
• Understanding of Credit Risk Assessment, alternate risk scoring, credit profiling & segmentation, dynamic pricing model based on risk profile, fraud prevention preferred.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Technology/ Statistics/ Mathematics.
