Roles and Responsibilities
Should have a minimum of 5 + years of overall experience with a fair understanding of project models.
Strong knowledge of the Insurance Domain with a basic understanding of the SDLC process.
Should have a good understanding of policy lifecycle, insurance terminologies, and various product types.
Should have a good ability of requirement gathering & elicitation and be very strong in the documentation.
Strong communication / interpersonal skills.
Must have strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
Graduation in business/engineering or a master’s degree in insurance
