The Business Intelligence Developer works collaboratively with end-users to develop reporting systems and maintain BI and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze report specifications and business needs, providing LOE based on report requirements
• Design, build and maintain standard and custom reports from various reporting applications/platforms
• Collaborate with busines partners, SME s and core technology teams to deliver meaningful BI solutions
• Build and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards for Executives and other departments
• Develop SQL queries using stored procedures to support reporting needs
• Conduct QA and troubleshoot reports and dashboard related issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Develop and update technical documentation
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously Skills Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of BI development experience
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL utilizing PL/SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, and pgAdmin as well as SSIS and SSRS
• Good requirements analysis skills
• Data Analytics background
• Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Great written and oral communication skills Preferred Skills:
• Experience with relational and star schema data design
• Experience with other BI technologies e.g. Sisense, SAP BusinessObjects BI applications (Webi and Crystal Reports) and SAP BusinessObjects Universe (Ad hoc reporting)
• Familiarity in ServiceNow Reporting and Docusign Insight Analytical is helpful
