Zachary Piper Solutions is actively seeking a TS/SCI Full scope Cleared Business Performance analyst to support a government contract located in Mclean Va.

Responsibilities for the Business Performance Analyst

• Perform space and architectural surveys, collect user requirements, and interface with Government project managers, building maintenance contractors, general contractors, and/or other personnel
• Assist with design reviews of Government projects
• Develop high-level cost for construction utilizing historical and research data
• Prepare reports and other documentation, as necessary
• Prior to design contract requests, gather and define customer’s design requirements and prepare solutions ranging from conceptual design to final design within established parameters
• Create design and construction documents, prepare project specifications, develop record control documents, and generate presentation graphics
• Prepare cost and schedule estimates
• Collect, prepare, and report programmatic information
• Coordinate design activities with architecture, engineering, safety, security, construction, and other related functional areas. Ensure compliance with Building Codes and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.
• Manage and monitor architecture and engineering (A&E) firms for multiple projects during the design and construction phases and handling contract close out
• Manage project design and/or construction efforts, to include schedule, funding, and day-to-day project oversight
• Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders
• Assist the client’s Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (COTR) with acquisition planning, execution and administration

Qualifications for the Business Performance Analyst

• 5+ years of experience in business management
• BA degree or work experience equivalent
• Experience with Maximo, SharePoint and Cognos
• Must have an active TS/SCI Full scope clearance
  

Compensation for the Business Performance Analyst

• Salary range: 150,000-160,000 a year
