Roles and Responsibilities
- Set up systems on 3-way check for complete P2P process to avoid any loopholes in the system and maintain 100% accurate and traceable accounts
- Setup system for live visibility of Margins and revenue to drive rigor in business
- Ensure right utilization of funds and manage Working Capital
- Set up process for inventory management. Keep close track on inventory , trigger action plan to move dead inventory and to build right inventory while best utilizing the capacity
- Lead/ participate and actively drive new initiatives and roll-outs (standardization, automation projects with the relevant Product/ Tech teams for process and execution efficiency)
- Work closely with sourcing team and ensure procurement of right stocks, at right price in right quantity
- Develop systems to ensure right pricing control on the SKUs, keep close track on prices and raise red flags if any and propose ways to bridge them
- Set up processes and systems for regular visibility of business performance from financial and operational aspects to drive right in time actionability on the field
- Develop a deep understanding of the levers driving business. Develop indepth understanding of dynamics in each city/region.
- Work with Regional Head/ Circle Head to develop strategy and plan for the city/region to drive business
Job Description (Planning + Analyst):
- Develop deep understanding of the numerous variables and levers driving business. Develop in-depth understanding of dynamics in each city/region.
- Work with Regional Head/ Circle Head to develop strategy and plan for the city/region to drive GMV, Revenue and cost targets
- Develop detailed financial and demand plans along with circle heads/category heads and operations team at daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly level.
- In-depth analysis of the overall financial and operational performance (Financial, Operational, Marketing, Sales, etc.), identify red flags if any and propose ways to bridge them (Learning, Process & other Initiatives)
- Through analytical review and trend analysis, track performance against plan. Recommend business actions based on analytical findings, define new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance
- Set up processes and systems for regular visibility of business performance from financial and operational aspects to drive right in time actionability on the field
- Manage complete P&L for the city/region. Bring closure with accurate reconciliation of complete P&L, highlight red flags and develop action plan for the same along with business team
