Roles and Responsibilities
- Making Dashboards and system setting of the Raw Material that comes into YBL on a daily basis.
- Making relevant analysis and presenting weekly insights to the leaders as appropriate.
- Working with R&D to set a base for predictive data analytics and effective data capturing.
- Working with all Operations teams to ensure database Tally’s across multiple teams and relevant insights are gained.
- Being a key part of the Data Excellence team and insinuating a culture of good data practices across the organization.
- Learning the Minitab software to implement the Quality by Design and Design of Expts. principles across all levels.
- Making relevant data capture systems across the organization as appropriate.
- Helping the Marketing Team for data analysis of customers and customer mapping.
- Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BBA / B. Com/ BCA / BS
- 2-5 years in data building, analytics and management of over million products and materials y-o-y.
- Strong Hold on Data Sciences / Data Analytics.
- Using data analytical tools, drawing out conclusions based on past trends and making predictions for future trends.
- Securing cross-functional coordination and data alignment.
- Ensuring database tallies across multiple departments.
- Adept with statistical analysis.
- Advanced skills in excel, conditional formatting, VLOOKUP.
- Predictive data analytics in Excel or other relevant platforms.
- An emphatic communicator with pleasant personality.
