Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data Mining
- Identifying and sourcing new business opportunities
- Lead Generation through chat and email, Follow-ups
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Use feedback and test new features or services to deploy
- Research, discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Timely reporting of business requirements
- Assist and Coordinate with Internal Teams
