• Reviews business requirements and use cases as per the stories.
• Writing test scripts and the ability to write scripts for both positive and negative scenarios.
• Execute test scenarios and document the results.
• Ability to work under deadlines manage time, priorities to achieve goals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills .
• Basic understanding of SQL or upskill.
• Good Collaboration with peers or Project leads.

• Education Professional Experience: Bachelors degree and typically 2+ years of related professional level work experience; or equivalent combination of education and related work experience in Servicing industry
• Leadership/Hierarchy: Operates under close supervision.
• Level of Decision Making: Work is routine in nature with very little authority for decision making.
• Communication: Interprets and explains information to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Utilizes multiple communication styles. Information is non routine; occasionally advises others on complex matters.
