Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of UW governance performance framework (process, data analysis, remediation plans, and reporting)

• Analysis of key UW review findings (post bind, independent reviews, wording reviews, etc.) to identify common themes

• Aid the enhancement and manipulation of dashboards, metrics, and reports in support of GCUO goals and objectives

• Support UW governance & control manager in coordination of all annual underwriting review schedules with GPCUOs, IA and Risk Management

• 4-6 years of experience in risk/ compliance processes or Insurance Oriented roles

• Excellent written and communication skills

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues (in the office and remotely across different geographies/ time zones

• Ability to identify areas of opportunities and define initiatives for the betterment of the existing process

• Able to prioritize competing workloads

• Ability to visualize, gather information, articulate, analyze and solve complex problems
