KEY ROLE

Manage End-to-End Business Analysis for Redmi Phones Business

Role & Responsibility

• Writing data collection & processing procedures. Ensuring data is being correctly gathered, stored and analyzed.

• Develop methodologies to improve data analysis, report data findings regularly.

. Use Excel logical and lookup functions to transform, link and categorise data.

. Excel Skills ( Arithmetic Functions, Aggregate functions, Creating Graphs, Vlookup’s and Advanced functions like VLOOKUP, COUNT, SUMIF, COUNTIF, SEARCH )

. Use Named Ranges and Tables to automate your analysis.

• Responsible for maintaining all Power BI dashboards with data accuracy

• Work with category team to create new BI dashboards for better business analysis

• Accountable for monitoring and releasing dashboard for key business health performance

• Preparation of Management Decks for weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews

• Monitor sales KPIs, performance indicators, analyze trends, variances and identify issues in channels

• Work closely with category team for scheme budget vs scheme utilization analysis

• Will be responsible to do data analysis for Projects with Business impact analysis

Must Haves-

A strong hands on experience working on MIS.

• Experience in Sales Operations of channel sales of FMCG, FMCD, Alco-Bev, and Consumer Electronics Industries
