Roles and Responsibilities
1) Working experience in Digital Banking channels as (Internet/ Mobile banking) is required
2) Knowledge in Retail Banking, Payments & Bank systems is plus
3) Experience in requirements documentation from varied geographical teams and banks
4) Familiar with Agile culture and scrum ceremonies
5) Comfortable with User Story writing & engage with stakeholder to elicit requirements.
6) Good hands-on experience in – Jira, Confluence, Visio etc Tools.
Requirements
1) Minimum of 4-8 years experience with prior experience in banking or Fin techs
2) Ability to leverage thought leadership, consulting skills, industry know-how, convincing/articulation skills
3) Capability to perform demos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders including prospective clients
4) Should have excellent communication skills
Educational Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters Degree in a relevant field of work.
