- Key Requirement for the Position Strong functional knowledge on Claims preferably Duckcreek Claims ad Duck Creek Policy Admin System. Strong P&C Experience for US /CANADA. Client facing experience and negotiations skills.

? Work with the Release Lead to confirm release scope, timeline and deliverables
? Confirm business stakeholders, including executive sponsor(s)
? Ensure that there are sample quotes, binders, schedules/Declaration Pages, forms & endorsements
? Work with BA team to confirm requirements/design deliverable templates
? Ensure that BA team has SharePoint and TeamTrack access
? Work with Release Lead to plan and execute a requirements release kick-off meeting for the business and other interested parties
? Analyze/Design
? Work with BA team to document future scope items documented on SharePoint
? Proactively identify and escalate dependencies, risks and issues to Release Lead (log Program Risks & Issues on SharePoint)
? Peer review BA deliverables
? Ensure that the Forms BA is aware of work done by the Screens BA team
? Ensure that the Product Versioning is updated
? Build/Test
? Communicate Feedback Loop process to BA team
? Monitor Feedback Loop items (estimate, talk with Dev/Test/Release Lead)
? Validate severity of TeamTrack tickets (i.e. Severe = Required for Go Live)
? Work with Release Lead to communicate change control process post-Feedback Loop timeframe
? Ensure BA team reviews the impacts of dot release functionality
? Ensure BA team shares the SI release functionality with ASET/ISO/Product Expansion teams
? Ensure BA team completes and executes high level UAT scenarios
? UAT & Go Live
? Work with Release Lead to define BA responsibilities as well as meeting and location expectations during UAT
? Communicate UAT responsibilities and expectations to BA team
? Coordinate the Transition to ASET of open items at the close of release
? Meetings & Status
? Attend requirements/design meetings
? Attend requirements/design walk-through meetings with other teams (i.e. Dev, Test, Claims, ASET, Product Expansion, etc.)
? Attend system demo meetings
? Attend meetings with Policy and Claims BA teams to review Policy functionality for the release
? Schedule and attend weekly BA checkpoint meetings
? Schedule and attend weekly BA/Dev checkpoint meetings
? Attend weekly defect meetings
? Review weekly status report from BA team
? Compile weekly status report for Release Lead
? Attend weekly ASET/SI/ISO/Product Expansion BA meeting
? During UAT, attend daily UAT meetings
