• Work with external stakeholders, product management and senior technical leaders to deliver on the product roadmap.

• 5+ years of proven Engineering Leadership
• Detailed understanding of ML development lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks and algorithms

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives
• Experience communicating effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Background in a fast-paced and complex environment
• Experience with cloud technologies and modern cloud-native architectures is a plus
• A Master’s Degree is a plus.

Colorado minimum salary: $179,500.00
