Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru( Mysore Road )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS Reports of Parks and Resort and incorporate the data from Power-BI Dashboards
- To handle Vendor Registration process – form data collection from vendors & co-ordination with procurement team for vendor creation
- Handle PR + PO + GRN in ERP (Marketing All Parks + Resort)
- PR creation, approval follow-up and PO tracking for all parks and Resort Marketing activities
- Sharing respective purchase orders with the vendors post approval
- Invoice receipt & verification
- Maintaining PO register and records
- Co-ordination with vendors in case of any discrepancy or absence of supporting
- Invoice scanning for ERP upload
- Submission of invoices with supporting to Procurement team for GRN creation
- Submission of the invoices with supporting to Finance post GRN
- Payment follow up & tracking with Finance team
- Coordinating with vendor & WLA finance teams in case of any discrepancy of payment post sharing payment advice
- Maintaining invoice tracker
- Daily coordination with park marketing & corporate marketing teams for carrying out the above process
- Park wise Footfall vs Target and last year | Daily report
- Group vs Walk-in footfall data | Daily Report
- Online booking tracker Wonderla and from Third party portals | Daily report
- Marketing Tracker (Fastrack, All day meal Plan, Total Online, Wonder Pass issued /visited, Temperature & Rainfall Report) | Monthly
- Festival Footfall Trackers | Onam Campaign, Dasara Campaign, Christmas Campaign & other campaigns
- Supporting Marketing team for adhoc analysis requirements ~ day wise footfall contribution by customer group/ school entry by day type analysis
- Data management & Report preparation for all marketing related activities
- Documentation and reporting for marketing team.
- To manage Third-Party online booking listing on a daily basis, daily reports to park cash team, and settling bills on weekly basis.
- Track competitor activities on weekly basis with the help of Park marketing team and Digital Manager.
